    The use of function key F7 to spell check text fields such as
      memos or footnotes has been documented in a "Spell Checking" 
      help tip. Spell checking has also been added to the Tools menu
      item.
    The Zip/Postal Code text box in the Participant window is now large
      enough to display all 10 characters.
    Anyone, not just a master will be able to create a copy of the
      database.
    Reports that are not applicable based on your parameters will not
      appear in the report selection window.

    A default for the A/D code will be generated for some transaction
      codes.
    The "Printing Previews" Help tip has a section on the end that
      provides guidelines for getting page breaks where you want them
      when printing Forms.
    The Form preview window now contains a reminder about using
      Ctrl_A and Ctrl_C to copy the Form to the Clipboard to be used
      with Ctrl_V to copy it into a Word document.
    You will no longer be able to enter a derivative company security
      if the underlying company security is not in the database.
    An asterisk in the transaction code can now be used to print a
      holding for the associated insider security on the next Form 4/5.
    If you are not using SOCS you will no longer see the unneeded
      division, legal entity or plan tables.
    The blue and green asterisk footnote markers will better reflect
      the status after adding or deleting footnotes.
    The ratio of underlying shares to shares for new derivatives will
      be automatically calculated more often.
    Insider report will now support multiple footnotes on security
      names that come from separate transactions.
    Attachments will be scanned to ensure none of the lines are over 
      80 characters long and that they only contain valid characters.
    Verify will now drop unneeded form records.
    A Help tip ("Security class") has been added to explain classes 
      of securities.
    Company CIK will be audited to ensure it is numeric.

    Exporting the data in Unvested and History reports has been activated.
    When you create a frozen database only the master user will have
      permission to do updates.

      that is created when you create a live submission.

      if you have supplied one. It can be up to 38 characters long and
      replaces the use of the shorter Company parameter which is used
      in online windows where space is at a premium.
    The verify will now issue a warning if an account number is

    The year to date salary fields were enlarged in Participant window.

    Tax calculations now supports a separate rate for total year to date
      bonus compensation in excess of 1 million dollars. This will only
      be done if the Tax Authority table header has a value for 
      FedBonusWh greater than zero. Participant Demographics From
      Payroll has been enhanced to include importing YTD bonuses.

    When in data maintenance form hitting the Enter key will now act the
      same way as hitting the Tab key. It should no longer exit you from
      the window.
    Participant State/Province code can now contain US postal state 
      codes, Canadian postal province codes and Canadian SEC province
      codes. These can be used to generate default mailing addresses.
      An "XX" for unknown  or other SEC foreign country codes will
      require you to enter a custom address.

    EdgarOnline can now optionally create a test or reprint Form for 
      signing with blank signature lines.
    Insider report errors corrected such as duplicates, page overflow
      and the handling of insiders that have only derivative holdings.
      Each user now has their own filter.
    A copy for pasting will now be made of an unchanged transaction when 
      it is saved.
    New Form 3 transactions will no longer get a default transaction date
      which needed to be deleted before selecting the Form 3 tab. The
      date will be removed when the tab is selected.
    Help now emphasizes that only .TXT files have worked for attachments.
    Help now notes that the * Transaction code may be used to report a
      holding on a Form 5.
    Help now references the SEC Filer Management site for Form Id,
      password and other information changes.
    EdgarOnline will now do a better job of calculating default fiscal
      year end from Company FYE month.
    New Participant Certificate and Certificate Listing reports have
      been added to the Certificate report to better control
      certificates. Samples were added to the Installation Guide.
    Opening balances that have been migrated from AIRS and not finalized
      in AIRS are now handled better.

    Activity report now can be filtered on grant dates as well as an SPC
      column and optionally creates an export file.
    Grant report can now be filtered based on expire date.

    The activity import has been expanded to include SARs.
    When importing grants the Vesting date can now be equal to the
      Expiration Date.
    A Year-To-Date non STAIRS bonus compensation field has been added to
      the Participant record and an excess bonus withholding rate has
      been added to the tax authorization table header for future use.
    Custom SARS import cleaned up including checking for duplicate
      shareholder account numbers.
