R&W Software was formed in 1979 to provide IT consulting and software design and programming services to stock plan administrators. The R&W customer base comprises companies across all industry lines varying in size from Fortune 500 firms to small and medium sized businesses.
Staff
The R&W staff is a select group of IT professionals, each having extensive experience in support of Stock Plan Administrators. The staff is well-versed in all aspects of administering employee stock option plans, insider tracking and reporting, and related functions. Each R&W staff member has at least 30 years of IT experience and over 20 years experience with employee stock plan support.
